RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Planning, organizing and controlling all phases of repairs at facilities according to schedules.
• Ordering the search for craftsmen and contractors, assigning them tasks and controlling the quality of work in accordance with work documents.
• Working with design projects, design documentation, interacting with designers and monitoring compliance with design decisions.
• Managing the budget according to the cost estimate, controlling costs and accounting for the consumption of materials.
• Verify compliance of work performed with scope of responsibilities, compliance with internal standards and DBN, interaction with technical supervision department.
• Provide progress reports to clients, coordinate key issues with clients and designers, provide technical support.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Work experience as a foreman in the renovation or construction industry.
• Experience in design will be an important asset.
• Higher or secondary specialized education in construction, engineering or architecture (preferred).
• Knowledge of modern renovation technologies, as well as knowledge of construction standards (DBN, DSTU).
• High organizational skills, ability to lead a team, technical competence in reading drawings, design and costing documentation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets.
• Possession of own car and willingness to travel in Ukraine will be an added advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide initial advice to customers on estimated costs of repair work.
• Preparing technical drawings to accurately calculate the scope and area of work.
• Preparing commercial quotations and coordinating them with customers.
• Communicating closely with the procurement department and contractors to formulate proposals.
• Monitoring and implementing changes to design and costing documentation in a timely manner.
• Carry out management instructions related to project preparation and handling.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work with drawings (experience with AutoCAD, ArchiCAD, SketchUP desirable).
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, including basic formulas.
• Writing skills and excellent communication skills.
• Experience in construction and interior renovation will be an asset.
• Responsibility, attention to detail and ability to work as part of a team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Development of a completedesignproject (DP):

• technical drawings, visualizations, specifications;
• Options with or without visualizations (depending on the client’s package);
• Include contractor drawings (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, etc.) with verification of compliance with DP.

Author’s supervision: checking the compliance of the work performed with the project and the agreed materials.

Cooperation with other departments: coordination of decisions with sales manager, technical supervision, cost estimators and furniture department.

Communication with clients: presentation of planning solutions, approval of visuals and drawings.

Work schedule:

• DP without visualizations – up to 30 calendar days after measurements.
• DP with visualizations – up to 55 working days after measurements.
• Typical DP – up to 14 working days.
• Departure for measurements – up to 3 working days from the date of signing the contract (except for objective obstacles).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience as an interior designer.
• Ability to create a complete design of anarrangement (drawings, visualizations, specifications, remodeling).
• Experience in author supervision.
• Proficiency in professional software(AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp or similar).
• Attention to detail, ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
