We have completed another renovation in the Parus residential complex – a 115 mΒ² apartment in the style of modern minimalism with premium comfort. We chose pastel colors that will always be up to date.
Entrance hall: two large closets were placed here, and instead of conventional air conditioners, a ducted air conditioning system was installed to ensure even air distribution throughout the apartment. We used abrasion-resistant plaster on the walls and flush-mounted doors.
We remodeled the apartment and combined two rooms into a large kitchen-studio of almost 47 sq m. We created a seating area with a large sofa and a dining area with a fold-out table – perfect for cozy evenings with family and friends. We placed an island, which can be both a breakfast area and a place to work, and added a built-in outlet.
The kitchen is functional and fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and we even added a wine refrigerator. As for lighting, we combined pendant, track and spot lights, and made a shade with LED lighting almost around the perimeter of the apartment.
Planning
Heating – in the kitchen-studio we installed an underfloor heater, and in the dining room we laid a warm floor and laid porcelain tiles, which have high thermal conductivity. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. From the hallway we go to the owners’ bedroom, where we placed a large comfortable bed, a TV and a hanging cabinet, and added many lighting scenarios. From the bedroom we go to the bathroom, where we managed to place both a bathtub and a shower, thanks to the large space.
Guest bedroom – here we designed a capacious closet with glass fronts, a bed and a large mirror to the ceiling. The last area is the guest bathroom, where we placed the washer and dryer in a vertical enclosure, and the boiler was hidden by furniture.
This project once again confirmed our philosophy: together we create a space that exceeds expectations.
