We carried out a turnkey renovation in premium style with full control of all stages – from design to furniture. The entire interior was decorated in the same color palette, and we added some custom solutions, such as shade profiles and interior doors to the ceiling. This helped us visually enlarge the space.

The focal point of the apartment is the kitchen-living room, which is more than 30 m² in size. We designed it in an elegant style and added a multifunctional island that can be used for both breakfast and work. A supporting column became an architectural accent.

We combined a bedroom with a home office and added a functional closet between them to divide the space and store it at the same time. We created two bathrooms – one master bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a guest bathroom with a hidden laundry room. A relaxing atmosphere is created by integrated lighting with stone-textured porcelain stoneware. The entrance area has a closet with automatic lighting and a mirror with a hanging shelf.

All the furniture in this apartment was made by Mebel Factory according to the design of the arrangement. We take control of all stages to make the renovation stress-free and unnecessarily involved for you.
