A premium renovation with a smart home system, in which we completed everything turnkey – from the design project to the final textiles.

The spacious entrance hall flows seamlessly into a large 40 m² kitchen-living room. We made full use of every square meter of the kitchen, which allowed us to organize a functional space with a cooking area, kitchen island and dining table.

A large sofa separates the TV zone, which features a bio-fireplace.

From the kitchen we get to a fully equipped terrace overlooking the lake.

Planning

The bedroom with a large accent bed was designed in warm colors so as not to overload the space in front of the panoramic windows – we hid the radiators under the floor, and opposite the bed there is a console for the TV and a dressing table.

The apartment has a ducted air-conditioning system, which not only works quietly, but also without any units on the walls. In addition, we used sound insulation on the walls, ceiling and floor around the perimeter of the apartment.

In addition to the main rooms, there is a separate dressing room, a laundry room with many shelves for storage, and a bathroom.

At the design stage, it was decided to dispense with chandeliers and replace them with light lines around the perimeter, which connected all the interior elements into a single concept.

Thanks to a smart home system, the apartment’s owners can close the curtains, control the lighting and room temperature at the click of a button.
